So the pictures that I posted of the cabinet in one of the previous posts finally have an happy story. I finally finished it to use at a tv cabinet and it looks great, I painted it then distressed it, it took a lot of work because I have to redo 2 of the shelves because they were just boards pieced together it looked pretty bad. I also decided not to put the doors back on for now, although they are ready to go I just didn't want them on.
Also this summer I picked up a old gross gross highchair for $.50 it doesn't have a tray and somebody took the foot bar off. We had company over the other night and didn't have enough chairs for their little girls so I scrubbed it the best I could but forgot to take a before picture until I had almost finished my light sanding to take all the gunk off. Anyway I love the way it turned out. I started it yesterday and it is just finishing drying outside after the final coat of gloss was put on today.
NICOLE!!! I have been looking for your blog I feel like for ages. I actually called your old number and got a nice little old couple. And that was just last week. I wanted to say congrats on being pregnant!! I am so so happy for you guys and know that you are going to be an awesome and amazing mommy. I also love what you've been doing with all the furniture.
